Our Wellness Program is not confined to the Mindfulness Studio alone but extends beyond to connect with nature as we conduct morning breathing exercises, guided meditation and personalized yoga sessions.  Yoga is the physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline that focuses on breath control, flexibility and strength and originated in India and Pilates is a body conditioning routine used to build strength and flexibility. The Yoga and Breathing Exercise program is conducted by a qualified Yoga Instructor and the program is in the morning hours in the well-manicured gardens, where the only sound you would hear is the chirping of birds, or the mild breeze.
